• Encourage what you want to see.
• Relationships first! No matter what. I have had high-achieving teams with less talent when they believed in each other. Let your captains lead the way!
• Kids like to be held accountable. Do it more.
• Be where your feet are.
• Be clear, concise, repetitive, and consistent. Have your non-negotiables. And don't be afraid to adapt to others. Get involved with your program from the bottom up. Relationships matter.
• You can't please everyone.
