This version is for smaller schools, with an enrollment of up to 600 students in grades 9-12.

This lifetime access allows you, as an AD, to develop a systemic plan to develop your coaches year after year.

How can you use the School Site License of Better Coach OS?

1. "On Board" your new coaches by giving them access to Better Coach OS. These 10 modules will help ALL coaches in your school develop and grow.
2. Run a professional development session with coaches. If you have time to get your coaches together, you can watch modules of Better Coach OS together and have some great discussions on all of the skills needed to be a great coach.
3. Targeted Professional Development. Do you have coaches who need some PD in a certain area, like Communication or Organization? Use the modules in Better Coach OS as targeted professional development opportunities for individual coaches.

How do you add coaches?

Adding coaches is easy. There are two ways to add coaches year after year.

1. You bulk upload your coaches by emailing a spreadsheet with yoru coaches names and emails.
2. As new coaches are hired or added, you fill out a quick Google Form, and they will be uploaded to Better Coach OS.
